So much more than AI.
AI integrations that quietly get on with the work. Automation, software, and things you didn't know your business could do.
AI is everywhere. Integration nowhere.
The problem is no longer that AI doesn't exist. The problem is that AI doesn't fit what you already have.
Tool overload
A new AI tool every week. None talk to your existing systems. You collect licences, not working processes.
Strategy without execution
Consultancies deliver slides and cost estimates. A blueprint you can actually start with Monday morning? Rare.
Hype without grip
Sandbox demos look beautiful. Plug one into your real data, processes and people — the picture changes.
That's why Slimsync. We build what fits — and make sure it keeps running.
An agent takes one task off your hands.
Not a tool you have to work in, but a program that gets on with the work itself. It reads what comes in, does what was agreed and puts in front of you whatever it is not sure about. In the systems you already use.
The mail that answers itself
An agent reads the inbox, answers what is routine and puts the rest up for review. Nothing new to learn — it runs in Telegram.
We build lead enrichment and invoice processing the same way.
Invented data, built the way we actually build. This is our own agent.
Four agents, one team.
Same build, same way of working, each with its own trade. Synci is the starting point: trained on your business. Flux, Scout and Nova are the specialists you add.
Pick an agent to see what it does.
The all-rounder. Trained on your business, for the work that fits no standard box.
- Reads your own documents, price lists and agreements, and learns how things work at your company.
- Answers your team's questions about your own products, procedures and customers.
- Drafts quotes, emails and texts in your own tone of voice.
- Takes on the work that none of the three specialists covers.
When you want to start with one agent that knows the business, or when the work you want to automate fits nowhere else. Synci is the starting point; the specialists come on top.
Synci's working day
Work comes in: a quote request, a customer question, a tender, an integration that has to run every morning. Send each item to the agent who should handle it. About a minute, and afterwards you know who does what.
Four invented businesses, four ordinary working days.
No clients and no figures, but four examples of what an agent does on a weekday, in four sectors. The businesses are made up; the way of working is not.
- EXAMPLE · Construction & installation
The installation firm
A heating and plumbing installation firm: engineers on the road, and someone in the office keeping track of everything.
BEFOREEnquiries come in by email, phone and through the website, and tenders sit on sites nobody has time for. Every enquiry is retyped, and the quote follows once things are quiet. Things do not get quiet.
WHAT THE AGENTS DOScout- Reads the tender sites every week and sets up whatever fits the firm as a lead.
Synci- Takes the address, the installation and the question out of an incoming enquiry and puts them in the customer system.
- Drafts the quote, with prices from the firm's own price list.
- Waits for approval: only once the owner has read and approved the quote does it go out.
AFTERWARDSNothing gets retyped in the office any more, and nobody goes looking for tenders. What remains is deciding: which opportunity is worth it, and whether this quote is right. That was always the work that mattered.
- EXAMPLE · Hospitality
The restaurant
A restaurant with a separate room for groups, run by the owners themselves, who are in the kitchen and on the floor in the evenings.
BEFOREGroup enquiries, dietary requests and questions about parking arrive during the day by email and through the contact form, when nobody is at a screen. Replies happen late at night or the next morning, and by then the group has sometimes booked elsewhere.
WHAT THE AGENT DOESNova- Answers the standard questions straight away, during the day too: opening hours, parking, what is on the menu for vegetarians.
- Logs a group enquiry with date, numbers and wishes, and sends a first reply confirming it has been received.
- Drafts the confirmation; the owner checks the date and the room and sends it.
- Hands special requests over to the kitchen, with the whole email thread attached.
AFTERWARDSNobody has to go through the inbox late at night any more. What the owners still do is read and send the confirmation, and look at the requests that need a human.
- EXAMPLE · Retail & e-commerce
The web shop
A web shop for bicycle parts with a shop in town alongside it, where the same stock is sold both online and over the counter.
BEFOREOrders from the web shop are entered by hand into the stock system and the books. What sells over the counter only reaches the web shop at the end of the day. In between, the site occasionally sells something that is no longer there.
WHAT THE AGENT DOESFlux- Passes every web shop order through to the stock system and the books, with nobody retyping it.
- Updates the stock in the web shop the moment something is rung up at the counter.
- Turns a completed order into the invoice line in the books.
- Tells the owner when an order gets stuck, for instance on an article number that does not exist, instead of leaving it lying silently.
AFTERWARDSRetyping is gone, and the day no longer ends with updating. The owner only sees the orders that need attention, and decides what happens with them.
- EXAMPLE · Business services
The accounting office
An accounting office for business owners, with a handful of staff who each know their own clients, and a shared folder with everything ever agreed.
BEFOREQuestions from colleagues about how something works at a client, or how the office handles a particular return, go round the room. Standard letters are cut from an old version every time. Whoever has a day off takes the answers with them.
WHAT THE AGENT DOESSynci- Learns the office's own way of working, templates and client agreements from the documents it already has.
- Answers staff questions about how things work at the office, from those documents.
- Drafts a first version of a letter or an email to a client, in the office's tone.
- Sets it up as a draft; the staff member reads, adjusts and sends.
AFTERWARDSThe question no longer goes round the room, and a letter no longer starts from an old version. The staff member reads and decides; the looking-up and the first draft are done.
The fifth trade, general SMEs, is everything not listed here: the same agents, the same way of working.
What we build per trade, with one example per industryThree packages, one build-up.
Each package builds on the previous one: more layers, not a different kind. What is in them is below; the first step is the same conversation for all three.
- PACKAGE 1
Start
- SaaS of your choice: CRM, ERP or BI
- Synci, custom-trained for your businessSynci
- Your own styling
- PACKAGE 2
Growth
- PACKAGE 3
Complete
What Slimsync does, in five parts.
At a glance: the five things we build, and when each one comes into play.
Agents
Programs that each take over one fixed task in the systems you already have: Synci, Flux, Scout and Nova.
WHENWhen a piece of work comes back every day and takes too much time.
To the agentsPackages
Three fixed combinations of software and agents that build on each other: Start, Growth and Complete.
WHENWhen you want to begin with a defined whole rather than a loose assignment.
To the packagesApps
Software for one trade, built like the twelve examples per industry: a planning board, a portal, a morning overview.
WHENWhen an off-the-shelf package does not fit the way your working day runs.
To the examplesWorkplace
Bespoke
Software built and trained for your business, like Synci: made to measure, not off the shelf.
WHENWhen what you need does not exist, or only in a form that does not fit you.
What would you want to automate?
The first conversation is one hour, free, and costs nothing if there's no click.
