ABOUT

Two disciplines. One line.

Thom den Otter
THE CONNECTOR

Thom den Otter

Turns business questions into AI projects that actually run. From the first conversation to delivery he stays your single point of contact. No tech babble, but questions until it is sharp what the real question is. That is where every solution that keeps working starts.

Thom is a Dutch chartered accountant (RA) and spent over five years in audit. In those years he went through the books of dozens of SMEs and saw much the same thing everywhere: human error in estimating and purchasing, invoices retyped by hand, reports rebuilt in Excel from scratch every month, follow-up left undone because there simply is no time. It was rarely the owner. It was in the processes, and that is where the room for improvement sits.

So he stepped out. Not to advise on it, but to solve it. At Slimsync he builds the automations he knows his clients need. That gives the owner more time for the work that actually matters, and it keeps the human errors from happening.

"A good conversation is worth more than a good proposal."

Kevin Basten
THE BUILDER

Kevin Basten

Designs and writes the systems. Architecture, code, integration. Writes the rules that make sure it works Monday morning at 7:30.

Builds the systems himself, from the architecture to the last integration. Works in weekly demos rather than one delivery at the end, so you see what is there every week. Stays directly reachable for thirty days after go-live — a system is only finished when it runs without the builder sitting next to it.

"Code is only finished if it works Monday without me beside it."

No sales talk without builders. No builders without client contact. That saves translation errors.
